I move amendment No. 10:

In page 7, lines 32 and 33, to delete all words from and including “outlining” in line 32 down to and including “failure” in line 33 and substitute the following:“outlining the reasons it considers non-compliance with the budgetary rule to be in the best social and economic interests of the citizens and the State”.
