I move amendment No. 74:

In page 40, to delete lines 40 and 41 and substitute the following:"(b) make an order for the compliance by the specified debtor concerned with an obligation under section 33,".

This is a technical drafting amendment recommended by parliamentary counsel to improve the text. We believe it provides greater clarity as to the powers of the court.
