Deputy Mac Lochlainn has covered the two issues I had in mind, which related to Enterprise Ireland and the audit committee. Has the Minister considered referring any report that either he or the Irish Aviation Authority might have produced to the Director of Corporate Enforcement? It seems that if there is a phoenix company-type situation arising in respect of a new company, there is certainly a requirement to refer the matter to Director of Corporate Enforcement.
