There is a process by which the leaders arrive at decisions that impact on us. The big decision that has to be implemented is that of 29 June, breaking the link between sovereign and bank; that is what will benefit Ireland. I assure the Deputy I will raise the issue directly on Thursday and Friday because that is the decision that stands, that is the decision that was made and signed off on by 27 leaders of the European Union. It is why it is imperative that the people of the European Union see that the decisions made by leaders are signed off and implemented. Failure to do so-----
