During the week, the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation heard evidence that, per capita, this State has lost more jobs in the past four years than any other western state since the Great Depression. In respect of the fall-off in the small businesses in this State, when will promised legislation be introduced with regard to county enterprise boards?
