I notice that in Dublin people do want to avail of the opportunity to speak the language. What the Minister of State, Deputy McGinley, is doing here is to put in place a structure under which we have clear plans from areas that are called Gaeltachtaí about what they want to do to preserve, strengthen and develop the language in the time ahead.
