I will raise an issue related to the reorganisation of the Health Service Executive. I am delighted the Taoiseach has indicated the HSE governance Bill will be introduced tomorrow. The word "non-governance" would be more appropriate in the Title. I am glad the Minister for Health is present as I have two questions on health issues.
