Many years ago when I attended the Trip to Tipp, Slane or the likes, one of the conditions was that concert organisers would pay for stewards in the local towns or residential areas. However, this does not seem to have been the case in Chapelizod. An increased presence in surrounding areas is necessary if similar concerts are to proceed in future.
