Question 3: To ask the Minister for Finance if he will report on the expected economic and fiscal impact of the Eurozone bank bailout agreement reached in Brussels on 29 June 2012 and in particular the implications for the State's total national debt; and if he will further report on the Budget deficit, the Memorandum of Agreement with the Troika, the general austerity policy of the government and many other relevant issues.
