It is proposed to take No. 14, European Communities (Amendment) Bill 2012 - Order for Report, Report and Final Stages; No. 15 - Electoral (Amendment) (Political Funding) Bill 2011 [Seanad] - Second Stage (resumed); and No. 16 - Construction Contracts Bill 2010 [Seanad] - Second Stage (resumed). Private Members' business will be No. 5, Local Government (Household Charge) (Repeal) Bill 2012 – Second Stage. It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that the proceedings on No. 5 shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, 20 June 2012.
