Question 167: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if he has made representations at a European level to call on the Governments of Sudan and South Sudan to comply with their binding obligations under International Humanitarian Law to allow safe and unhindered access for international humanitarian actors to all civilians and to provide prompt humanitarian assistance to all those in need in South Kordofan in general and the Nuba Mountains; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
