Question 117: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if he will outline his response to the worsening humanitarian situation in South Kordofan, Sudan in which it is estimated that up to 300,000 people have been displaced due to violence between the Sudan Armed Forces and the Sudan Peoples' Liberation Movement – North; if there are any proposals to address the immediate food, water and shelter needs of the displaced population; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
