Regarding Deputy Flanagan's question, I have always acknowledged the input of the Turf Cutters and Contractors Association and the effort of people like Michael Fitzmaurice who trawled the country looking for alternatives. The alternatives the Deputy has identified now will be fully explored in this new plan. I agree with the Deputy that this issue is nearly solved.
