I apologise for interrupting the Deputy but what we are debating now appears to be more appropriate to Second Stage. We are dealing with three amendments and I ask the Deputy to address their contents. We are not asking who said what, when. I am trying to protect Members. A lot has been said about the amount of time that has been allocated but if we keep going back to the Second Stage debate they will not be able to discuss all of their amendments.
