You would do well to listen, Deputy Flanagan, rather than procrastinate and so on. The stability treaty offers a clear set of rules, not just to the people of Ireland, but to the European Union, to make sure we learn from the mistakes which have led us to where we are today, and that we will never again be in this position.

I want to make this clear. There are Members opposite who want to see our country fail, who want to see this Government fail-----
