Neither the treaty establishing the European Stability Mechanism Bill nor the European Communities Act 1972 (amendment) Bill has been published yet and no decision will be made as to when they will be taken in the House until they are published. As I stated, the Government will shortly make decisions on the arrangements for the euro stability treaty. When the arrangements have been decided they will be announced to the House.
