Question 3: To ask the Minister for Finance in view of the opinion given to the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform in relation to the scheduled payment of €3.1 billion to Anglo Irish Bank, now IBRC, on 31 March 2012 (details supplied) if he will immediately inform the Central Bank of Ireland, the Troika and the European Central Bank that the scheduled payment will not be made.
