The very purpose of this scheme is to save money. I have asked the Minister again about this and we have asked the relevant Minister repeatedly about it but we have been unable to get basic financial information about the savings that will be achieved. What will be the gross savings on payroll in 2012? What will be the net savings, taking into account all the issues I mentioned, and how much will be paid in lump sums in 2012? Surely we are entitled to get that basic information.
