It is not the only problem we have come across in health, Deputy Martin. Let us see if we can fix it. It is not the only problem we have come across in this system or across the structure of health governance in general but it is one that must be fixed to ensure it operates in the patients' interest. Either they get them or they do not but at least they deserve an answer quickly.
