I move:

That Dáil Éireann:

— notes the Report of the Joint Committee on Investigations, Oversight and Petitions on 'Revised Orders of Reference for the Joint Committee', copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 25th January, 2012, and the proposals contained therein for changes to Standing Orders; and

— resolves that the report be referred to the Committee on Procedure and Privileges for consideration of the said proposals.
