Question 31: To ask the Minister for Jobs; Enterprise and Innovation if, in view of the La Senza case in Liffey Valley (details supplied) in which workers were told that they were no longer required to report for work on 10 January 2012 and following the intervention by the trade union group and the Minister for State, he will outline the lessons that have been learned from this case; if there is a need for new legislation; the protections in place to ensure that it does not happen again; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
