Question 6: To ask the Minister for Jobs; Enterprise and Innovation the legislative measures, if any, he intends to introduce to prevent scenarios such as Vita Cortex and La Senza whereby places of employment are closed without prior warning being provided to employees and without provision being made for statutory or enhanced redundancy terms.
