Question 50: To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform his views on the fairness and sustainability of higher-end public sector wages in the context of recent reports showing them to be significantly above their European equivalents and reports that the perception that Irish higher-end public sector workers are significantly higher paid than their counterparts in other EU countries is an impediment to advancing negotiations with the Troika.
