Before we continue with proceedings, I would be obliged if, in accordance with Standing Order 140, the Chair would direct the Clerk to make a verbal correction to the text of the Bill. On page 4, line 16, the word "speciality" appears. This should read "specialty". Accordingly, I request the Chair to direct the Clerk to change the spelling of the word to "specialty".
