He said the Fianna Fáil Party was engaged in law breaking on the issue. I reject that charge outright. It is most unfair and I call on him to withdraw it.

I was elected to this House in 2007 and re-elected last year. As such, I have a mandate to represent the people of County Limerick and to give voice to the issues which concern them. The reality is that they, like people throughout the country, have concerns regarding the standards which will apply in respect of the inspection and registration of septic tanks.
