One good thing coming from our education system is that when children get to junior certificate age they know the difference between the constitutional affairs of the South and the North. It is unfortunate to some extent that some Labour Party Deputies do not know that difference yet. There is a book in Easons titled Comparative Politics for Dummies. It might be of use to buy such a book given the expenses Deputies can avail of and it would help them to understand the differences between the two states.
