The grief that continues to be suffered by the survivors of the atrocities in Northern Ireland is the subject of discussion between the Irish and British Governments and the Executive in Northern Ireland. We are trying to find a framework that would enable everyone who suffered loss during the Troubles in Northern Ireland to have that loss recognised.
