A number of Ministers, including him, were in government between 1992 and 1997 and several Secretaries General were appointed during that time. The Taoiseach, the Minister, who served in both the Departments of Health and Environment, and the Ministers for Finance and Education and Skills were in that Cabinet. I am surprised-----
