-----who own them. This is a little unfair where, for example, the cost of the mortgage is €1,500, the rent is €900 and there is a net loss of €600. When one adds in the miscellaneous charges, including that of the PRTB, these people are losing €750 a month. This is a difficult burden for these people to carry.
