Pat Deering (Carlow-Kilkenny, Fine Gael)

Fianna Fáil wanted to ensure that we had a new town centre in Carlow, and now what do we have? We have a 300 acre site. It is a disgrace - not only in Carlow but, I am sure, in Mallow and around the country.
