It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that the Dáil shall sit later than 5.45 p.m. and adjourn not later than 9.30 p.m.; Nos. 8d, 18, 18a and a18b shall be decided without debate and any division demanded on Nos. 18 and 18a shall be taken forthwith; Private Members' business which shall be No. 41, motion re European summit, shall be taken at the conclusion of No. a18b and shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after three hours; the sitting shall be suspended at the conclusion of Private Members' business for 30 minutes; topical issues shall be considered at 8.42 p.m.; the Dáil shall sit tomorrow at 10.30 a.m. and adjourn not later than 3.30 p.m. and at 10.30 a.m. on that day there shall be an Order of Business within the meaning of Standing Order 26, subject to the proceedings comprehended by paragraphs 2 and 3 of that Standing Order, not exceeding 20 minutes.
