Comhghairdeas libh. The Taoiseach explained this morning that he had listened to people. It must be removed. It should not have gotten through in the first instance. This is supposed to be a social, caring Government. Had the Government gone ahead with this, it would have had disastrous consequences.

People with profound disabilities, regardless of whether they are 16, 20 or 40 years old, cannot work.
