Enda Kenny (Mayo, Fine Gael)

That right now is our most important responsibility, to do what must be done to get our economy back on its feet and to leave a legacy where the young people of the next generation will have a better, brighter and more prosperous future.

This first budget of this programme of this Government delivers on that responsibility and I commend it to the House.
