Social Welfare Benefits: Motion (Resumed)

-----and this is what we are trying to do. All of us will agree that spending €20 billion on the social welfare system is unsustainable and the Minister is looking at reform. I understand she has commissioned a report, due in March, on issues such as how the system can be reformed to make it fair and equitable for all. I look forward to that report and I will support the amendment to the motion.
