What other non-fire issues is the council aware of because there is no doubt there are other examples, such as Balgaddy. Dublin City Council, in appealing the High Court's order to provide accommodation to residents, is causing people to fear that they will left homeless. These people must get a guarantee that they will not be left homeless no matter what happens. Christmas is coming and people are terrified of where they will end up.
