I ask the Taoiseach to be more specific regarding the Water Services (Amendment) Bill 2011. He indicated that it might be introduced before the end of the year. Will it be introduced before Christmas and will inspectors and fellows like the peep of day boys be going around back gardens on Christmas week and St. Stephen's Day to inspect water tanks?
