Question 30: To ask the Minister for Finance if he has received the report from the Financial Regulator regarding the additional powers required to force banks to pass on ECB interest rate reductions to customers; if so, if he will outline the contents of this report; if he will proceed with the necessary emergency legislation on this matter irrespective of whether the regulator requests additional powers or not; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
