This will be a type of groundhog day because I will ask the Taoiseach the same questions again. Was the Taoiseach consulted about this issue? Did President Sarkozy and Chancellor Merkel act on his behalf? Does he believe they have the authority to summon Heads of Government or to threaten any member state with expulsion from the eurozone or to decide what questions can and cannot be put to a referendum in member states? I asked the Taoiseach these questions.
