Question 7: To ask the Minister for Agriculture; Food and the Marine if his attention has been drawn to the fact that lands under the control of every county council and many town councils are infested with ragwort; and if he will direct these bodies to remedy the situation in order to avoid an offence under the Noxious Weeds Act 1936.
