I want to give the parameters of this discussion. Eight Members put down questions for consideration. They all wish to ask supplementary questions. Both Ministers are here to deal with them but we must be mindful that there is a total of 40 minutes for this discussion and therefore I ask the Deputies to make a mutual effort in that regard.
