Question 42: To ask the Minister for Finance if he will provide further details on the announced strategic investment fund including the amount to be drawn down from the National Pensions Reserve Fund; the date at which the fund will be established; the date at which it will start funding strategic initiatives; and if the establishment of this fund is consistent with the Programme for Government commitment to establish a Strategic Investment Bank.
