Order of Business.

It is proposed to take No. 1, Road Traffic (No. 2) Bill 2011 [Seanad] - Second Stage (resumed); and No.5, statements on the recent developments in the eurozone. It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that No. 15 shall be taken at 6 p.m. and the proceedings thereon shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 7.30 p.m. and the following arrangements shall apply: statements shall be confined to a Minister or Minister of State and to the main spokespersons for Fianna Fáil, Sinn Féin and the Technical Group, who shall be called upon in that order, and who may share their time, and shall not exceed 15 minutes in each case; a Minister or Minister of State shall take questions for a period not exceeding 30 minutes. Private Members' Business shall be No. 28 – motion re closure of Army barracks (resumed) – to conclude at 9 p.m. if not previously concluded.
