A Bill to enable the State to ratify the EU treaty amendments to establish the European Stability Mechanism is due this term. Will the Tánaiste indicate when this Bill will come before the House? This legislation should be put to the people in a constitutional referendum and I urge the Government to do so. Will he publish the legal advice from the Attorney General on which he has based his decision thus far not to hold a referendum?
