In page 46, after line 47, to insert the following:

"PART 16 FAMILY MEDIATION SERVICES

48.—In this Part—

"Agency" means the Family Support Agency;

"Board" means the Legal Aid Board;

"family mediation services" has the same meaning as it has in the Civil Legal Aid Act 1995 (inserted by section 53 of this Act).".
