It is only fitting to record the fact that hundreds of thousands of low-paid workers will have a very fretful summer on foot of a High Court decision and the failure of the Government to introduce emergency legislation. We do not accept that the House should be adjourned, given that the Taoiseach is today attending an EU summit of immense importance to the State.
