I have just heard the Minister state Roscommon hospital is to become the home of an out-of-hours GP service from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. There is no other way to describe this; it is simply unacceptable. The Minister and his party colleagues gave firm commitments to the people of Roscommon prior to the general election which have been restated line after line-----
