Amendment No. 9 provides for the deletion of reference to section 7C, 7E or 7G of the Act of 1976, which is the gas Act, again allowing for consistencies in the sections listed under the relevant enactments listed under section 15. Subsection (4)(c), section 7C, 7E or 7G of the Act of 1976 relate to matters other than shares or stock issued by the Minister for Finance by a public body.
