I understand the point now. This section simply deals with proceedings which are currently underway. Where the proceeding relate up to now to the Minister for Finance, the name Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform will be substituted where that is clear. If there are proceedings, now or in the future, that relate to the functions of both Ministers, of course, it is perfectly in order for both Ministers to be recited.
