Question 1: To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality the current delays to access a civil lawyer via the Legal Aid Centre; if he will consult with the Department of Social Protection in relation to utilising the new internship scheme to assist the Legal Aid Board in addressing the delays in civil law cases.
