30.—Section 14 (inserted by section 41 of the Institutes of Technology Act 2006) of the Dublin Institute of Technology Act 1992 is amended by the insertion, in subsection (9), of ", the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform" after "consult

with the Minister".".
